Overall job purpose

Paid Social Specialist expert, with clear understanding of paid search and programmatic advertising. Specialized on paid media campaigns performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives

Develops and implements marketing strategies to attract customers to company website, increase online presence, promote related products and services  and supports the direct retail strategy for SME and PL by generating online leads that will be processed by the country sales team.

Working in alignment with country marketing teams and commerce

Has technical, functional and job-specific knowledge about social media advertising platforms and stays up to date on new platform developments

Has knowledge of best practices and follows the latest technological developments, leveraging first party data for targeting and insights

Able to transform business ideas into creative assets for social channels, briefing external agencies and creative designers

Operations management

Build, execute and scale up social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, improving lead generation and brand awareness.

Manage budgets and allocation of funds across social channels while closely monitoring and driving return on investment

Constantly learning and meeting ongoing deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment

Collaborate with worldwide marketing teams on the creation and rollout of paid social media campaigns that reflect regional market opportunities and consumer differences

Analytical

Works with data to provide analytical insights to stakeholders

Leverage first party data for targeting and insights

Reports and analyses performance of campaigns/channel against the campaign success metrics and translates this data into insights and operational changes

Identifies and reports data collection issues and tracking bugs

Leadership or Technical

Acts as a senior specialist across teams and departments

Provides the business and teams with guidance and technical advice

Able to onboard new members and train paid social specialists

Share best practices with marketing community

Qualification and competencies

Required level of education/and technical capabilities

A BSc degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field

Strong experience in automation, standardization and scalability of paid social campaigns

Experience with Agile work method

Data-driven mentality

Good organizational and time management skills

Required work experience  (years)

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing related role

  • 4+ years of experience in Paid Social advertising, with popular social channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.

  • Experience with tools for feed management and campaign automation, like Channable and Smartly.io

  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools

  • Proven record of successfully integrated social campaigns, including lead generation and engagement campaigns

  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale Social accounts in a variety of different business verticals

Language requirements

  • English (Fluent, verbally and written)

  • Any other language is a plus.
