Role Overview
As Business Controller, you will be a strategic finance partner to the Manufacturing organization in Veghel, Global Spare Parts, Reverse Logistics, and Facilities. You will play a critical role in helping the business navigate a significant transformation journey while ensuring sound financial decision-making across multiple international stakeholders.
This position is not only about reporting financial results; it is about influencing business decisions, challenging assumptions, and helping leadership balance local priorities with overall company objectives.
Veghel Manufacturing is undergoing substantial operational and financial change. We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working through uncertainty, and can help guide an organization through transformation from a financial perspective.
You will work closely with senior business leaders, factory management, and corporate stakeholders, providing clear financial insights that support both short-term performance and long-term success.
The Business Controller reports to the Supply Controller and forms part of several management teams.

Contribute directly to improving the performance and future success of the Veghel manufacturing organization.
Join a highly international team of more than 20 professionals representing 11 nationalities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the strategic finance partner for Manufacturing, Global Spare Parts, Reverse Logistics, and Facilities.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business case development.
Support business transformation and provide financial guidance in a changing environment.
Challenge and influence decision-making by balancing operational priorities with company-wide objectives.
Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives to enhance business performance.
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear financial insights and support strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance standards.
What you bring
We are looking for a highly energetic and resilient finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-changing environment.
You bring:
A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Controller, Finance Business Partner, or similar strategic finance role.
Experience supporting large-scale business transformations, restructurings, or change programs.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
The ability to navigate complex organizational environments and challenge senior stakeholders when required.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to separate strategic priorities from operational details.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Nice to Have
Experience within manufacturing environments is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Candidates with extensive transformation, business partnering, or change-management experience from other industries are also encouraged to apply.

What we offer

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 6.500 to € 8.900 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
On top of your fixed salary, you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
