At our location in Darmstadt, we are looking for an:

Working Student GSM Processes and Tools (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

• Data collection from suppliers for various GSM initiatives and systems.

• Participate in various xBU initiatives to represent BES BU on status updates.

• Creation of reports and key figures (e.g. savings, inventory, supplier quality)

• Data collection, sorting and cleaning up from various sources.

• Support in GSM procedure and workflow documentation updates

• Participation in the lean GSM process set up

• Ad-hoc GSM reporting needs

Your profile

• Enrolled student in a business administration degree program with a focus on supply chain management

• Good communication skills both inside and outside of the organization.

• Analytical thinking

• Attention to detail and excellence

• Very good MS-Office, Excel knowledge

• Very good English
