About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and highly organised Graphic Design & 3D Design Intern to join our Global Creative team. Working alongside Graphic Designers and Creative Project Managers, you will support the development and production of global retail campaigns, brand experiences, and partner communications.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international fashion brand, contributing to projects from concept development through to technical production. The role combines graphic design, 3D visualisation, artwork production, and technical documentation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Creative team in developing and producing seasonal campaigns and retail concepts.
- Create and adapt communication materials for print, retail, digital, and presentation purposes.
- Produce and update campaign assets, point-of-sale materials, vinyl artwork, window graphics, and other branded collateral.
- Create, update, and edit SketchUp models and produce high-quality 3D renders to visualise retail environments and campaign concepts.
- Assist with applying graphics, materials, and campaign imagery to rendered scenes for presentations and approvals.
- Prepare production-ready artwork following brand and technical specifications.
- Update and maintain technical packs, installation guidelines, production specifications, technical drawings, and partner documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Cross-check artwork, dimensions, and production files to ensure accuracy before final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure creative consistency and production quality.
- Help organise digital asset libraries, templates, and project files while maintaining efficient workflows.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas where appropriate.
- Stay informed about design trends, production techniques, and emerging creative technologies.
Profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Spatial Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related creative field.
- Strong interest in fashion, branding, retail environments, and design.
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, composition, colour, and detail.
- Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Available for a 6-month internship.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp for creating and editing 3D models.
- Experience with rendering software such as Enscape, is an advantage.
- Understanding of print production, technical artwork preparation, and production specifications.
- Ability to read and update technical drawings and documentation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
