WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the EMEA Graphics Footwear Design Manager and collaborate closely with Footwear Design, Product Management, and Development teams across EMEA. You will also partner with Apparel Design counterparts to build cohesive head‑to‑toe concepts, contributing to a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on delivering consumer-right product.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Footwear Graphic Designer who brings creativity, curiosity, and a strong point of view to storytelling through product. You thrive in a collaborative environment, using insights, culture, and trends to create meaningful designs that connect with local consumers. You’re a versatile problem solver who balances speed with craft, delivering premium, detail-oriented work under tight timelines.
You have a deep understanding of footwear construction and a passion for connecting sport, fashion, and culture into compelling graphic narratives. You’re energized by working across functions and confident presenting ideas to diverse audiences.
Key qualifications include:
Proven experience in graphic, color, or product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating depth and progression.
Strong understanding of footwear construction, tech packs, and schematic development
Ability to translate consumer insights into clear visual storytelling
Deep knowledge of EMEA consumer trends and cultural insights
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based design tools (3D/AI tools are a plus)
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will help shape expressive, locally relevant footwear collections by creating compelling graphic narratives and visual identities across seasons. You will bring concepts to life through design, storytelling, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will:
Design unique, geo-specific graphics across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids footwear
Define graphic direction aligned with color, material, and seasonal narratives
Translate consumer and cultural insights into impactful design stories
Partner with Product Management to create trend-right concepts
Work with Development teams to refine design intent and prototype execution
Build and deliver compelling presentations to internal teams and leadership
Collaborate with Apparel teams to create cohesive head-to-toe expressions
