About the role

We are looking for a Visual Designer

who will take ownership of Frank Energie's visual communication across the company.

From online advertisements and social media videos to website illustrations, billboards, and operational documents, you'll ensure everything we create looks professional, clear, and consistent.

Your work will shape how customers, partners, and colleagues experience Frank Energie every day.

UI/UX experience is a plus and you will occasionally improve landing pages or work in Figma. However your focus is creating high-quality visual assets that make our communication clearer, stronger, and more engaging.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, Operations, and Smart Services teams to bring ideas to life across all countries where Frank Energie operates.

One day you will create Meta ads that reach hundreds of thousands of people. The next you are designing visuals explaining how our Smart Services work or help launch Frank in a new European country.

What you will do

• Design static and animated advertisements for Meta, Google, display, and other online channels, together with the Performance Marketer.
• Create visuals and illustrations that explain our products and Smart Services on our website.
• Design marketing materials such as billboards, presentations, brochures, banners, event materials, and other online and offline assets.
• Create and edit short videos for advertising, social media, and product communication.
• Help improve landing pages and website visuals.
• Design and improve documents, rate cards, and other operational communication materials.
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, image creation, and your overall design workflow.
• Continuously look for new creative ideas and better ways to communicate complex topics in a simple and visual way.

Who we are looking for

• A degree in Graphic Design, Communication & Multimedia Design, or a similar field.
• Up to 2 years of experience as a designer (internships count too).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Experience creating videos is a big plus.
• Basic experience with Figma is a plus.
• Curious about AI tools and excited to use them in your daily work.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
• Able to switch quickly between different projects and priorities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
