WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the EMEA Local Creation Senior Apparel Design Manager and partners closely with Apparel Design, Footwear, and Graphics teammates. You will collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Material teams across EMEA and global counterparts to bring cohesive, consumer-right product stories to life.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Apparel Designer who brings a strong point of view and thrives in a fast-paced, close-to-market environment. You are a storyteller at heart, with the ability to translate trends, insights, and cultural signals into compelling apparel collections that resonate with the EMEA consumer. You combine creativity with precision, balancing elevated design with speed, efficiency, and commercial awareness.
You are confident working across product levels—from concept to prototype—while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes. With a strong understanding of materials, color, and construction, you know how to build emotional connection through product and narrative.
Experience in apparel design , ideally across performance, sport, and lifestyle
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate insights into visual narratives
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in 2D/3D tools (e.g., CLO) and emerging AI design tools (e.g., Vizcom)
Experience working across international markets, ideally within EMEA
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a fast-moving environment
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will create apparel concepts and collections that connect deeply with EMEA consumers, translating seasonal direction into meaningful design solutions that balance creativity, speed, and precision.
Design and develop seasonal apparel concepts aligned to EMEA consumer insights and trends
Use color, materials, trims, and construction to build strong, cohesive product stories
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Development, and Footwear teams
Communicate design intent clearly through sketches, presentations, and prototypes
Monitor sample development and ensure timely execution from concept to final product
Make informed design decisions balancing creativity, cost, and speed-to-market
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation across teams
