We are hiring in Bengaluru, for a Senior Creative Copywriter to lead creative copywriting strategy and craft compelling, on-brand copy that engages customers, simplifies complex financial concepts, and drives action across all marketing touchpoints. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop copy strategy and creative concepts across all marketing channels 

Write clear, persuasive copy for campaigns, email, social media, website, and app 

Mentor copywriting team and elevate quality and consistency of brand voice 

Translate complex financial information into accessible, engaging content 

Collaborate with designers and strategists to develop integrated creative concepts 

Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, markets, and product types 

Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign development 

Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements 

Requirements: 

5-7+ years copywriting experience in advertising, marketing, or financial services 

Excellent portfolio demonstrating range across channels and formats with strong conceptual thinking 

Proven ability to write compelling copy for different customer segments and experience levels 

Strong headline and conceptual thinking skills with demonstrated campaign development experience 

Advanced understanding of digital-first content and platform-specific writing requirements 

Experience with regulated copy and compliance review processes in financial services 

Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across design and strategy teams 

Demonstrated ability to develop copy strategy and creative concepts 

Adaptability to work across B2C and B2B contexts 

Strong leadership capability with proven ability to mentor and develop copywriting talent 

Brainstorming and creative development experience 

Knowledge of brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
