  • Own the roadmap for AI-enabled decision support, including launch and sell AI agent use cases

  • Act as product owner for AI agents and automation initiatives, in partnership with commercial, IT, AI CoE, and external partners

  • Identify AI platform architecture, AI workflows and intelligence loops to scale AI across product lines and commercial teams

  • Lead and support International Strategy, coordinating a portfolio of high-impact initiatives aligned to annual and mid-term priorities

  • Provide market intelligence and sizing analysis to inform strategic priorities, resource allocation, and portfolio focus

  • Prepare and coordinate strategic inputs for monthly and quarterly reviews, ensuring leadership has a consistent and fact-based view of progress against plan, enabling leadership to track performance, identify risks, and take timely corrective actions

  • Monitor execution of strategic initiatives throughout the year, flagging deviations early and recommending corrective actions to keep the plan on track

  • Establish execution rhythms, milestones, and KPIs to track progress, escalate risks, and support leadership course-correction

  • Prepare integrated strategy and performance materials for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc leadership forums

What will you need to be successful?

Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Demonstrated experience applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, automation, decision support tools) in a commercial or strategic context.

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Experience developing and managing dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking frameworks

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across markets and functions

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
