Marketing Intern

MGI Luxury Group, located in Bienne, Switzerland, is an international and innovative company of Movado Group, Inc. which is a prestigious manufacturer and marketer of luxury and fashion timepieces under the Movado, Concord, Ebel, Olivia Burton, MVMT, Hugo Boss, Coach, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger brands.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the Product Manager and Marketing Manager of HUGO BOSS Watches & Jewelry.

In this role you will provide support through the following activities:

Product – support to Product Manager

• Inventory and follow-up of product samples

• Keep product development tools up to date

• Coordination of product photography

• Update of internal sales tools (DAM, linesheets, toolbox, etc)

• Support and follow-up for ongoing product development cycles

• Update product operating and care manuals

• Assist with general administrative tasks

Marketing – support to Marketing Manager

• Coordinate regional sales teams, HQ and licensor/agency timelines for correct and on-time delivery of projects

• Keep asset management tool up to date

• Support Marketing Manager with ongoing Marketing projects

• Preparation of assets and guidelines (Photos and Videos) for campaigns

• Support creation of Marketing tools (VM guidelines, Trainings, etc)

• Assist with general administrative tasks

You are fluent in English and French or German (other language would be a plus) and proficient

with MS Office particularly Excel and Powerpoint, skills in Photoshop, InDesign, SAP, etc are a plus.

You are result-oriented, able to set priorities, proactive in bringing ideas and you have excellent

organization skills. You are trustworthy, and you have strong interpersonal skills. Benefitting from
