Job description

Summary

The Windows Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, security, and ongoing support of enterprise Windows infrastructure across regional and selected global environments. This role supports on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based systems, ensuring availability, security, performance, and compliance of Windows servers and endpoint platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.

  • Manage hybrid identity services using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

  • Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

  • Implement endpoint and server security controls and participate in incident response.

  • Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting.

  • Provide escalation-level Help Desk and regional support.

  • Maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support Desktops Windows 10/11 in various locations remotely and on premise

  • Support IT functions such as printing, desktop imaging and rebuilding and other desktop duties as required.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3–5+ years enterprise Windows administration experience and desktop experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and desktop, Active Directory, Entra ID, and scripting.

Language Skills

  • Fluency in English.

  • Russian speaking proficiency required or strongly preferred.
