Klantenservice Medewerker Claims / Customer Service Claims Associate (Dutch Speaker)

Amsterdam | Hybrid Working – 2 days office, 3 days home

At Assurant, we're looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Claims Associates to join our growing Claims team in Amsterdam. Every day, you'll help customers when their mobile phone or device has been lost, stolen, or damaged, guiding them through the claims process and making a real difference when they need support most.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our European Claims team, you'll:

Assess and process insurance claims for lost, stolen, or damaged devices

Support customers throughout the claims journey with empathy and professionalism

Review information and make accurate claims decisions

Communicate with customers via email and internal systems

Ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with company guidelines

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

You'll bring:

Fluent Dutch language skills (written and spoken)

Strong communication and listening skills

A genuine desire to help customers

Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple systems

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
