What you will do

As part of your development journey at JBT Marel, you will:

Learn how to sell complex, technical solutions in an international B2B environment

Shadow and support experienced Sales Managers in real customer projects

Help identify customer needs and translate them into valuable, long-term solutions

Ask the right questions — and the question behind the question

Join cross-functional teams to deliver innovative food processing solutions

Receive mentoring and training in consultative sales, business acumen, and product knowledge

Get the tools and support to grow into a Sales Manager role.

Who you are

We are looking for graduate professionals who:

Have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in a technical or commercial field)

Are curious by nature — always asking "how" and "why"

Want to understand both technology and people

Are ambitious, self-starting, and eager to take ownership

Enjoy working on international projects and in multicultural environments

Are team-oriented and want to collaborate across disciplines

Are fluent in English (additional languages = bonus)
