SJ Facility Manager

• To lead a group of Facilities Executive and to report to Facilities Manager

• Pro-active in identifying defects for rectification during site inspection

• To monitor and achieve the KPI of project site

• To manage service partners to ensure that SLA is met to client, including response time, downtime.

• To coordinate and monitor the hard services (M&E and building works), and soft services (Pest control, landscaping, security, cleaning) provided by our partners

• To oversee and monitor GR&R, Periodic Structural Inspection, Annual power shutdown, façade inspection, water tank washing & water sampling,

• To ensure that necessary renewal and certification is completed (Eg, EMA licensing, lift, gas)

• To monitor budget and claims, assist clients in yearly budgeting

• To review submitted quotations

• To oversee scheduled PM and CR works

• Analyzing fault using POWER BI and report to stakeholders providing solutions

• To ensure government regulations are met

• To ensure that site safety is met

• To conduct regular monthly meetings with stakeholders and service partners

• Taking and handing over of sites when required

• To evaluate facility operations and retrofitting activities

• To propose use of smart facilities management trends and technologies

• To implement environmental sustainability guidelines

• Review and conduct WSH reports

• To monitor resource availability to support operations

• Perform on the job coaching

• Track employee productivity
