YOUR ROLE

• As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with our Co-founders and Chief of Staff on strategic and operational initiatives across the company.

• The scope of responsibilities ranges from hiring to strategy, operations, marketing, and internal process improvements. You will help provide operational support to the most strategically important topics and support the scaling of the organization.

• This is a high-impact internship based in Munich that requires a hands-on mentality, strong drive, and a willingness to take ownership early.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with the Founder-Team on strategic and operational projects across departments

• Support hiring processes and help build the organization through key hires

• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve internal processes

• Drive initiatives across operations, marketing, GTM, and investor topics

• Help design and implement structures required to scale the company

YOUR PROFILE

• Student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master) in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or similar

• Strong motivation to learn how companies are built and scaled

• Highly driven, analytical, and proactive

• Comfortable operating with ownership and autonomy

• Available to work full-time in Munich
