Make it possible together at NTS

At NTS, we make it possible together. Technology inspires and drives us, it is our passion. Every day, we work on unique solutions to complex challenges, from ultra-complex to ultra-precise high-tech systems.

Do you want to exceed customer expectations and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction? Are you driven, enthusiastic, and energized by high-mix, high-tech manufacturing environments? Then get started as Lead Demand Planner at NTS Singapore and let’s make it possible together.

Job Description

As Lead Demand Planner at NTS Singapore, you are the control tower of the factory’s commitment: what we build, when we build it, and how we deliver on customer demand. You own demand planning in a complex, engineer-to-order environment - converting sales pipelines, customer forecasts, and order history into actionable production schedules across a high-mix product portfolio. You consolidate demand inputs, lead supply planning within the S&OP process, and ensure planning decisions cascade seamlessly into material planning and production scheduling. In this role, you balance customer needs, operational constraints, and strategic priorities to enable predictable and reliable execution.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities are:

Drive rolling forecasts and S&OP/S&OE cycles across hundreds of part families

Translate demand signals into capacity constraints and shop floor priorities

Own order promising and lead time quoting with Sales and Scheduling

Set planning parameters (safety stock, buffers) suited to low-volume, variable demand

Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve inputs and methods

Master Scheduling

Job Requirements

5+ years demand/supply planning in HMLV, job shop, or ETO manufacturing

Solid grasp of machine shop operations and/or mechatronics assembly

ERP proficiency (Navison preferred/ SAP/ BAAN); strong MRP fundamentals

Confident facilitating cross-functional trade-off discussions

Your Terms of Employment

At NTS, we combine our passion for technology with innovative solutions to complex challenges. You will have the freedom and trust to fully apply and develop your talents in a dynamic and energetic environment. We invest in technology—and in you as our future colleague.
