Pricing Coordinator (Pharma) – Air Amsterdam

In this role, you are responsible for handling all incoming rate requests and managing the entire process from start to finish. You will also prepare tenders and quotations (both standard and spot quotes) for existing clients, account owners, and your own network.

Your main focus will be on Pharma related tenders and quotations.

You will conduct price analyses using global and local pricing tools and provide recommendations on rates and price levels for daily RFQs and ad-hoc requests, in accordance with established policies and processes.

The team works closely with the Sales department to devise strategies that increase the success rate of quotations and further optimize the process.

Requirements: You are a proactive Pricing Coordinator with knowledge of Pharma freight forwarding (air freight).

You have excellent communication skills and have a problem-solving mindset.

You have work experience at an MBO+ level,

You hold a valid VGB.
