Sr. Business System Analyst (Finance) - Saudi Aramco SMP

We are seeking a Financial Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience to work at Saudi Aramco in Dhahran. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and transformation initiatives, while supporting strategic decision-making and financial performance improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the oil and gas industry

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, asset management, financial risk management, and value assurance

• Experience in transformation programs, operational excellence initiatives, and performance improvement projects

• Ability to develop and monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and financial governance frameworks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic recommendations

• Experience in business process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, or EFQM Assessor are preferred

• Advanced degrees such as MBA, MS in Finance, or MS in Accounting are considered an advantage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in developing training materials and delivering workshops or coaching sessions is preferred
