Job description

We are looking for a Manager ContiTech Holding Netherlands (m/f/diverse) for our location in Maastricht.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of the ContiTech holding entity in the Netherlands.

  • Ensure full compliance of the Dutch holding entity with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the Netherlands for ContiTech’s central functions.

  • Support central functions on financing matters, international projects, and M&A activities.

  • Oversee and coordinate relationships with subsidiaries worldwide, including corporate housekeeping, dividend management, and capital measures.

  • Manage the integration of new companies into the group structure, including incorporations, acquisitions, mergers, and transfers.

  • Implement the Group Tax strategy within the Dutch holding entities.

  • Support and coordinate international tax-related matters.

  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, external advisors, and other key stakeholders.

 

Please note: Mobile work is possible; however, the position requires working 100% within the Netherlands.

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Taxation, Law, or a related field.

  • Several years of professional experience in tax, accounting, corporate finance, or a comparable area, ideally within an international environment.

  • Experience in managing or supporting legal entity governance and holding structures is considered an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently in a lean organization with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and countries.

  • Fluent English language skills; Dutch is considered an asset but is not required.

  • Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
