  • Create content with Canva and CapCut to support the Social Media Managers in their daily work.

  • Conduct social media benchmarking and monitor trends, formats, and best practices.

  • Take part in vertical video creation, with the possibility to appear in some videos.

For the Brand Management part:

  • Assist in coordinating projects across departments, ensuring alignment and consistency in brand messaging.

  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, helping generate innovative ideas for brand initiatives and client activations.

  • Play an active role in enhancing client satisfaction by supporting the timely and effective resolution of client inquiries, particularly during campaigns and promotional periods.

  • Conduct in-depth competitive and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international offices to support the seamless execution of marketing activities.

  • Oversee and manage the department’s main communication inbox, ensuring prompt, professional, and brand-aligned responses.

  • French mother tongue; strong command of English required (Italian and/or German are a plus).

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Marketing (HEC, HES, or equivalent). Previous internship experience in marketing is a plus.

  • Strong interest in both online and offline marketing, with a curiosity for brand strategy.

  • Interest in the banking/finance sector is an advantage.

  • Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and web analytics tools is a plus.

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize information effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
