THE MANDATE
This is more than a technology leadership role. It's an opportunity to shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing consumer brands builds its future. As a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, you'll define where technology creates the greatest competitive advantage for Loop. You'll set the direction, make the investment decisions that matter, and build the technology organization that enables our next phase of growth. From AI transformation and connected products to engineering excellence and scalable foundations, you'll turn technology into a driver of innovation, speed, and customer value.
CORE FOCUS AREAS
AI Transformation
-
Own the technical side of Loop's AI transformation, focusing on business process redesign, adoption, and change management.

Define the AI architecture, tooling, governance, data access, security standards, and technical guardrails required for safe, scalable adoption and sensible AI economics.
Digital Product Engineering
-
Lead engineering for Loop's internal and external digital products: apps, backend systems, cloud services, data products, internal tools, and digital customer experiences.

Collaborate closely with Product and Firmware teams to ensure connected experiences are cohesive, reliable, tested, and supportable in the market.
Infrastructure, Support, & Security
- Own the foundations that allow Loop to scale responsibly: IT setup, infrastructure, compliance, security, technical support, tooling governance, technical literacy, identity/access, self-service, and pragmatic risk management.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Define and execute Loop's technology strategy in line with our business ambitions.

Manage the technology portfolio, making clear build, buy, scale, and sunset decisions.

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape company strategy, investment priorities, and long-term technology direction.

Build and scale the technology capabilities behind Loop's digital products, AI enablement, and internal platforms.

Develop a high-performing technology organization with exceptional leaders, clear ownership, and a culture of continuous learning.

Establish architecture, engineering standards, security, and governance that enable fast, reliable delivery.

Partner across Product, Firmware, Data, Operations, and the wider business to simplify decision-making and accelerate execution.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
-
Significant experience leading technology in a high-growth or scaling environment, ideally in a senior technology leadership role.
-
Strong foundation in software engineering and experience building, launching, or scaling digital products.
-
Experience in several of the following: AI enablement, cloud platforms, infrastructure, security, governance, or compliance, with the curiosity and capability to grow into others.

Ability to translate business ambition into technology strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and delivery plans.

Sound judgment when making technology investment decisions, including what to build, buy, scale, or retire.

Confidence to create clarity in ambiguity, align stakeholders, and make thoughtful decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Experience building and developing high-performing teams, empowering leaders, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

Collaborative leadership style and ability to influence across Product, Firmware, Data, Operations, and executive leadership.

Transformative AI mindset and capability, curiosity about emerging technologies, and the ambition to help build an AI-first company.
