Job description
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Senior Allocations Analyst, you are responsible for the strategic planning and execution of in-season allocation and replenishment strategies, including sales and inventory analysis for brand stores. You oversee inventory level management to ensure that stores have the right amount of relevant products available to customers at the appropriate time. You support and partner with the leadership team and are the first to take on strategic, business driving thinking and projects. This role is based out our Garching office (near Munich) and on hybrid mode (2 days in the office, 2 days at home and, 1 day at the discretion of the manager). Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany. Meet Your Future Team: The EMEA Retail Allocations team is a group whose focus is to continuously drive sales, by mitigating inventory risks and finding the balance between the right product at the right quantity in the right place at the right time.
If you were in the Exit Inventory Planner EMEA role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

Turning exit strategy into clear, actionable inventory deployment plans, applying critical thinking and analytical skills

Executing inventory management planning strategies for our exit channels with a focus on Retail, including seasonal allocation and inventory tracking

Optimizing flow of inventory to outlet stores to maximize both sell through and margin
-
Ensuring balanced weeks of supply across all stores by maintaining inventory parameters and thresholds
-
Aligning inventory depth and breadth with merchandise financial planning targets
-
Coordinating inter-store transfers from our full price to off price retail channels to reduce time to exit and support sunsetting the full price lifecycle of products.

Being in relationship with the ecommerce team on inventory planning to support them in ensuring online assortment continues to support customer demand, seasonal trends, sales performance, inventory targets, and overall business objectives across channels

Developing and executing aged inventory clearance strategies to reduce excess and slow-moving stock through promotional planning, liquidation initiatives, channel transfers, and cross-functional collaboration while minimizing financial risk and maximizing inventory recovery.

Monitoring in-season performance, diagnosing errors, and acting on opportunities to improve exit strategy

Identifying risks and constraints, and escalating issues early

Partnering with Merchandising, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Allocations, FP&A, and eCommerce to align on execution

Liaising with the warehouse teams to help coordinate smooth Factory Outlet stores replenishment deliveries Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

Identifying product opportunities and/or risks and providing recommendations to the inventory and exit strategy team for review and actioning

Developing and implementing sales solutions for inventory optimization through allocation and pricing decisions Are you our next Exit Inventory Planner EMEA ?

You have 3–5 years of experience in inventory planning, exit planning, allocations or relevant supply chain role

You have experience with lifecycle management, weeks of supply, sell-through, and store grading

You have experience managing store and/or online inventory flows, with understanding of markdowns and promotional environments

You have hands-on experience with advanced planning software such as o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or Oracle

You have strong analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit and/or resolve complex issues in scenarios with uncertainty and ambiguity
-
You have strong time management skills; work well with deadlines and are effective when priorities compete and timelines shift, comfortably managing multiple tasks at once.

You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a people-facing role.

You possess strong professional English proficiency, any other European language is a plus
