Production Engineer | Polystyrene field I Saudi Arabia

We are currently hiring for the following position with our reputed client in the Petrochemical Industry (PK South Division):

Position Details

Position: Production Engineer Department: PPS Operation Location: PK South - KSA

Salary Mentioned is Basic + Transportation Allowance + Housing Allowance

Key Responsibilities

Review and audit materials & energy balances to identify process efficiency, yields, and losses

Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly production reports

Complete monthly SAP closing and handle all related SAP transactions (Purchase Requisition, PO, GR, and Service Entry Sheet)

Ensure plant operation within design limits and maintain product quality as per specifications

Optimize process parameters to achieve plant KPIs

Participate in technical and feasibility studies for plant projects

Coordinate with support departments to resolve bottlenecks and improve performance

Monitor sustainability parameters, provide technical solutions, and prepare sustainability reports

Review technical/change/vendor reports and support implementation of improvements

Support EHSS/Quality teams in investigation and reporting

Requirements: Qualification & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Polystyrene field (EPS, HIPS, and GPPS)

Strong technical knowledge of petrochemical operations

Sound understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Process improvement mindset and strong command of written & spoken English
