Quality Assurance Document Controller - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Document Controller with strong Oil & Gas contracting background. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing QA documentation, internal QMS systems, ISO audits, and quality records within a maintenance contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control Quality Assurance documentation • Maintain and update internal QMS system records • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems • Support internal and external ISO audits • Maintain welder qualification records • Maintain TUV certification records • Prepare and control method statements in coordination with Senior QC / Project Manager • Maintain project-specific documentation and work site records • Ensure proper document version control and distribution • Maintain organized filing system (soft copy and hard copy) • Work closely with QA/QC, project, and management teams

Requirements: Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Gulf / Saudi / India Oil & Gas field • Proven experience as Document Controller in contracting company • Experience as QA Document Controller with strong ISO system knowledge • Maintenance contractor experience preferred • Experience supporting ISO audits

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline • Approved Internal Auditor • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems • Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel • Fluency in English (Reading, Speaking, and Typing)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 per month • Other benefits as per company policy
