To strengthen our Digital Business & Automation Team, we are looking for an experienced and creative:
Email Marketing & Content Specialist (f/m/d)
Your Impact
As part of our Digital Business & Automation Team, you will design and optimize scalable customer communication programs that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. Using marketing automation, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making, you will support our self-service business through high-performing email campaigns and compelling content experiences.
Your Responsibilities
Plan, create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.
Develop engaging and conversion-focused content for emails, landing pages, customer journeys, and marketing campaigns.
Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, campaigns, templates, and automation processes.
Ensure excellent campaign execution through quality assurance (QA), audience segmentation, personalization, and customer targeting.
Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and reporting dashboards and conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to translate business objectives into impactful customer communications.
Contribute to customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives that improve customer experience and long-term value.
Requirements:
Initial professional experience in Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Digital Marketing, ideally within a SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or digital business environment.
Native-level German or C1 proficiency and excellent English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including landing pages, forms, workflows, automation, and email templates.
Strong understanding of Customer Retention, Customer Lifecycle Management, Marketing Automation, Campaign Performance Analysis, and Marketing Analytics.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page customization.
Experience using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) for content creation, marketing optimization, and productivity enhancement.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and passion for customer-focused communication.
