Senior MEP Engineer

The Senior MEP Engineer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering activities across building and villa development projects. The role ensures MEP designs, installations, and coordination are executed in accordance with project requirements, approved standards, and regulatory codes, while supporting effective multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. 

• Oversee MEP engineering activities during design development and construction phases. 

• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design and interface issues. 

• Review method statements, material submittals, and technical documents related to MEP works. 

• Provide engineering support to project teams during site execution and commissioning stages. 

• Ensure MEP works comply with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements. 

• Support consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges and maintain quality standards. 

• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination workshops. 

• Monitor progress of MEP works and support timely resolution of technical issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 

• 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering within building and villa development projects.
