Job description

Responsible for managing project documents on site in accordance with approved procedures. 

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership 

  • Lead and manage overall project operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to achieve performance targets. 

  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices. 

Project Delivery & Coordination 

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless execution. 

  • Monitor progress against schedules, budgets, and quality standards. 

  • Resolve operational challenges promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns. 

Governance & Compliance 

  • Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, company policies, and international standards. 

  • Implement transparent reporting and documentation in line with governance frameworks. 

  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. 

Resource & Performance Management 

  • Optimize allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials across projects. 

  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance, recommending corrective actions where necessary. 

  • Support value engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability and collaboration. 

  • Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for operations staff. 

  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in operational processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification. 

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience. 

  • Experience in buildings and villa projects.
