Job description
YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES
As a Proof of Concept Engineer, you'll be doing fast short-period projects for the Business Unit Robot Arms.

Own and execute customer PoCs from initial requirements through successful validation.

Design and rapidly deploy robotic automation solutions in customer environments.

Demonstrate the value of NEURA Robotics technologies through hands-on implementation and measurable outcomes.

Act as the technical ambassador between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams.
Customer Demonstrations & Field Deployments

Conduct live product demonstrations for customers, partners, and strategic prospects.
-
Travel regularly to customer sites across Europe and internationally to support evaluations, pilots, and deployments.

Support short-notice customer engagements when business opportunities arise.

Represent NEURA Robotics at trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops.
Solution Development & Validation

Develop and configure robotic applications involving robots, cameras, conveyors, PLCs, and other automation equipment.

Prototype, test, and validate solutions in both laboratory and customer environments.

Troubleshoot technical challenges onsite and provide rapid resolution.

Translate field feedback into actionable improvements for product and engineering teams.
Requirements & Market Intelligence

Identify emerging customer needs and automation opportunities.

Gather field insights and convert them into product requirements and future use cases.

Collaborate closely with development teams to accelerate product adoption and market fit.
WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

At least 5 years of professional experience in Automation/Robotics projects or similar.

Strong hands-on engineering mindset with a passion for robotics, automation, and customer interaction.

Experience implementing, commissioning, or supporting automation solutions in real-world environments.

Comfortable working independently and making technical decisions in dynamic situations.

Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting technical solutions to customers.
-
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer requirements.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50–70% depending on project phase).

Flexibility to support occasional short-notice travel and customer engagements.

Experience with Python, robotics systems, industrial automation, PLCs, vision systems, or related technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
