Job description
In this role, you are the central point of contact for the professional development of our employees and make a significant contribution to ensuring that everyone can reach their full potential while supporting the sustainable growth of NEURA Robotics.
Your responsibilities include:

Designing, organizing, and implementing employee development initiatives such as training sessions, development programs, feedback formats, and individual career paths

Advising employees and managers on development opportunities, talent development, and long-term career planning

Building and continuously improving structured development programs (e.g., talent programs, leadership development, skill frameworks)

Supporting performance and feedback processes to foster an open and learning-oriented company culture

Contributing to onboarding processes with a focus on the sustainable integration and development of new employees

Developing and implementing HR standards and processes in the area of people development that meet the requirements of a dynamic organization

Analyzing development needs and creating and evaluating relevant HR metrics to continuously optimize initiatives

Collaborating closely with managers and other HR functions to strategically advance People & Culture activities
WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
-
A completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
-
Several years of experience in personnel development, learning & development, or HR (depending on the level of seniority)

Experience in designing and implementing training programs, development initiatives, or learning formats
-
Understanding of modern learning formats (e.g., blended learning, e-learning, coaching) and their effective application

Strong communication and consulting skills, with a confident presence when working with employees and managers

Analytical skills and experience working with HR metrics and deriving actionable insights
-
A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment

A passion for topics such as employee development, company culture, and New Work
-
Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
