Functional Safety Manager (human)

YOUR MISSION AND CHALLENGES

• Safety Architect: Own and drive the functional safety strategy across our full portfolio, from industrial arms to humanoid platforms.

• Lead the Team: Mentor and grow a team of safety engineers, setting priorities and ensuring technical excellence across all projects.

• Lifecycle Governance: Define and enforce safety plans, governance structures, and the entire safety lifecycle.

• Master of Analysis: Lead hazard and risk campaigns (HARA, FMEA, FTA, STPA) for novel, AI-driven robotic architectures.

• The Interface: Represent Neura’s safety function to executive leadership, external auditors, and notified bodies.

WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

• Expertise: 5+ years in Functional Safety, with at least 2 years in an active FSM role.

• The Standards: Deep mastery of ISO 13849, ISO 10218, and IEC 61508. Knowledge of SOTIF (ISO 21448) is a huge plus.

• Certified: Ideally, you are a TÜV or Exida Certified Functional Safety Engineer (CFSE).

• Analytical Power: Proficient in safety analysis methods (HARA, FMEA, FTA) and safety-related toolchains (e.g., Medini Analyze, Polarion).

• Startup Agility: You know how to balance "Safety First" rigor with the high-velocity demands of a scaling tech company.
