Job description
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
-
You conceive, shoot, and edit advertisement spots for NEURA – developing compelling visual stories that communicate the brand’s character, ambition, and point of view with cinematic quality and emotional impact.
-
You produce product information videos that make NEURA’s technology accessible and engaging – translating complex features and concepts into clear, well-paced narratives that inform and inspire across different audiences and channels.
-
You develop and apply motion design across video content – creating animated sequences, typographic treatments, transitions, and graphic elements that are visually consistent with the NEURA brand and enhance the storytelling rather than distract from it.
-
Together with the Brand and Marketing team, you contribute to defining the visual and narrative language of NEURA’s moving image – helping to establish the stylistic standards, motion principles, and storytelling conventions that make our video content recognisably ours.
-
You contribute to the development of the brand’s image worlds in the moving image dimension – helping to define the visual tone, lighting aesthetic, camera language, and pacing that shape how NEURA looks and feels on screen.
-
You work closely with the Art Director and Spatial Designer to ensure visual consistency across still and moving formats, and across digital and physical touchpoints.
-
You manage the full production workflow for your projects – from creative brief and storyboard through shoot planning, production, post-production, and final delivery – working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external production partners as needed.
-
You bring a proactive storytelling perspective into creative discussions – contributing concepts, references, and narrative ideas that help evolve the way NEURA communicates through film.
WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
-
You bring solid professional experience as a videographer and motion designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling across both advertisement and product or brand film formats.
-
Your work shows a clear narrative instinct: you understand how to build tension, pacing, and emotional arc – whether in a 30-second spot or a 3-minute product film.
-
You have strong motion design skills: you work confidently with After Effects (or equivalent) to create animated sequences, graphic overlays, and typographic motion that feel intentional and brand-consistent.
-
You are technically proficient across the full production pipeline – camera operation, lighting, sound, editing, colour grading, and final delivery – and know how to make the most of different production environments and constraints.
-
You have a developed visual sensibility and understand how cinematography, colour, and composition contribute to brand perception and emotional response.
-
You are experienced in translating complex or technical subject matter into accessible, engaging video narratives – finding the human story in the product detail.
-
You thrive in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams – working openly with Brand, Marketing, and Product colleagues, and contributing your creative perspective generously to shared outcomes.
-
You are organised and self-directed in managing production timelines, assets, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
-
You communicate clearly and confidently in English; German is an advantage.
-
You stay current with evolving formats, platforms, and tools – including AI-assisted video and motion workflows – and integrate new approaches thoughtfully into your practice
