Job description
YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES
We are looking for an ambitious Quality Engineer who, with technical expertise, a hands-on mentality, and an innovative spirit, will take our product quality to the next level and help us build scalable, future-proof processes together.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Quality Assurance & Control
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Testing & Validation

Develop and execute test plans for hardware components.

Monitor burn-in tests and performance tests.

Collaborate with development teams to validate new designs and updates.
Supplier & Production Quality

Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.

Implement statistical process control (SPC) and conduct process capability studies.

Work closely with production teams to resolve quality-related issues in manufacturing.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, including test reports, risk assessments, and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA).
Continuous Improvement
- Identify trends and proactively propose process and design improvements.
WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in quality management and development environments.

Solid knowledge of sensors, actuators, control systems, robotics, and programming (e.g., Python/C++).

Experience in the analysis and measurement of electronic and mechanical components.

Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO standards, Six Sigma, SPC).

In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001).

Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
