Job description

LINKYOUR MISSION & CHALLENGE

  • Own and manage strategic relationships with our most important enterprise customers

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders at the C-level and VP level

  • Independently drive renewal, upsell, and account expansion initiatives

  • Develop and grow customer relationships through a structured, long-term account strategy

  • Identify opportunities to increase customer value, adoption, and revenue growth

  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure customer success

  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success

  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored growth and success strategies

  • Take ownership of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and portfolio growth targets

  • Play a key role in helping establish NEURA Robotics as a leading global robotics company

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within technology, SaaS, robotics, automation, or related industries

  • Proven experience managing and growing strategic customer accounts

  • Experience driving renewals, upselling, and account expansion initiatives

  • Familiarity with customer success metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), customer health scores, and adoption tracking

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities

  • Experience working with customer health frameworks and structured account management methodologies

  • Data-driven approach to portfolio management and customer growth strategies

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute revenue growth opportunities

  • Ownership mentality and a proactive, customer-centric approach
