"We're not just players; we're game-changers."   Role Overview  This is a strategic new business development role responsible for leading commercial growth and new logo acquisition. The focus is on selling high-value, complex solutions, specifically Digital Services, Applications Managed Services, AI, and advanced data solutions to major Government, Enterprise, and Logistics clients. The role involves shaping engagements through consulting-first and co-creation programs and leading major tender submissions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new logo acquisition by developing and executing strategic account plans, focusing on key government ministries and national-level enterprises. 

  • Lead the full sales cycle for large-scale Digital Services and AI platform opportunities. 

  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to position the organization as a trusted digital logistics and transformation partner. 

  • Oversee bid preparation, pricing, and proposal submissions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. 

  • Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to inform account strategy and revenue forecasting. 

  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial models suitable for SaaS, platform-based, and E2E service engagements. 

  • Consistently achieve new business booking targets. 

  • Ensure governance, risk management, and contract compliance across all commercial activities. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). 

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial, business development, or account management roles. 

  • Proven experience leading and winning high-value government tender submissions and structured bidding processes. 

  • Strong understanding of AI, Data, SaaS, and platform-based commercial models.
