Onsite Field Services Technician/ IT Technical Support
Location: Schiphol, Netherlands (M-F 8am to 5pm)

About the Role
Onsite Field Services Technicians are permanently assigned to corporate locations to provide end-user IT technical support and hands-on assistance as part of managed services operations. They ensure timely, reliable support for hardware, network connectivity, and infrastructure issues requiring in-person or advanced remote assistance.
Responsibilities
- Hardware Support:
- Physical setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and office equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repair of hardware issues, including component replacements (hard drives, memory, monitors).
- Device Refresh & Replacement:
- Manage refresh cycles, deploy new equipment, and retrieve older devices.
- IMAC Services:
- Install, Move, Add, Change tasks for hardware and software.
- Customer Interaction:
- Represent IT professionally, provide clear communication, and maintain service records in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in hardware setup and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and IT Service Management processes.
