As the Member Engagement Coordinator, you will provide administrative and membership team support for the membership functions for the EMEA region. This role involves administrative, operational, and logistical support to ensure seamless execution of member engagement activities. The MEC reports to the Vice President, EMEA Growth & Engagement.
How you will Contribute:

Maintain and update membership data in the CRM system and tracks records. Run reports and pull data from the CRM for the Membership team. Ensure that membership data in the CRM system is accurate, up to date, and complies with data governance standards.

Proficiently uses AACSB’s systems (Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Monday.com, MS Teams, SharePoint, and other technologies as needed).

Respond to daily inquiries and troubleshoot minor concerns or issues, escalating significant concerns to the appropriate team member.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and outreach events as appropriate.

Prepare presentations and materials relating to AACSB International to be used during outreach activities and external events.

Monitors and manages the membership mailbox, routing inquiries or responding directly where appropriate.

Perform duties in accordance with AACSB International’s Mission and Values.

Fluency in the English language.

At least three years of relevant experience in an administrative specialist role

Associate’s degree in a business-related field
-
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word), and other related software.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Five years of administrative specialist support

Prior experience working for a membership association and/or in higher education

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

Prior experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), such as Salesforce
-
Experience working with cross-functional and/or global teams
