Result of Service The Project National Coordinator is expected to deliver the following key outputs throughout the contract period from 1 August 2026 to 31 March 2027. Each month’s deliverables will be submitted to ITC for validation before payment is processed. All deliverables must be: 1. Submitted in English (unless otherwise specified), 2. Approved by the ITC hiring Manager 3. Delivered in line with the project timeline and standards. Monthly Deliverables Overview August 2026 Complete all activities outlined for August in the activity plan, including: • Circulation and dissemination of the call for SME applications • Finalization of the SME selection process in coordination with relevant stakeholders • Engagement and coordination meetings with key institutions to secure buy-in and alignment • Successful organization and delivery of an orientation workshop for the selected companies, ensuring clear communication of project objectives and expectations • Monthly presentation on the updates. September 2026 Complete all activities outlined in the activity plan for September, including: • Engagement with partners to advance trade policy initiatives and support data collection efforts • Delivery of coaching sessions for the Training of Trainers (ToT) program • Documentation and follow-up of awareness sessions • Implementation of activities aimed at enhancing SME competitiveness and market linkages. • Submission of a quarterly progress report October 2026 • Successful delivery of activities outlined in the project activity plan for October at both institutional and SME levels, with reference to the activity plan milestones. • Monthly presentation on the updates November 2026 • Successful completion of activities outlined in the activity plan for November, at both institutional and SME levels, with reference to the activity plan milestones. • Monthly presentation on the updates December 2026 • Successful completion of activities outlined in the activity plan for December, at both institutional and SME levels, with reference to the activity plan milestones for December. • Submission of a quarterly progress report January 2027 • Successful completion of activities outlined in the activity plan for January, at both institutional and SME levels, with reference to the activity plan milestones. • Monthly presentation on the updates February 2027 • Successful completion of activities outlined in the activity plan for February, at both institutional and SME levels, with reference to the activity plan milestones. • Monthly presentation on the updates March 2027 • Successful completion of activities outlined in the activity plan for March, at both institutional and SME levels, with reference to the activity plan milestones. • Submission of an annual progress report (using ITC template) Fees are subject to the national income taxes, where applicable. If the contract is to be issued in a currency other than USD, the UN exchange rate on the date of the contract issuance will be applicable. Work Location Home-based in Amman, Jordan. Expected duration 01.08.26 - 31.03.26 Duties and Responsibilities The Making Trade Happen (MTH) project, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Devel-opment Office (FCDO) and implemented by the International Trade Centre (ITC), supports Jordanian businesses in strengthening export competitiveness, improving market linkages with the United Kingdom, and advancing a more enabling environment for services trade. MTH builds on the achievements of previous UK Trade Partnerships programme and intro-duces an integrated, market driven approach to supporting Jordanian firms and institutions. Under the 2026–2027 project cycle, MTH delivers targeted interventions across three priority sectors—processed foods, consulting services, and digital gaming—while advancing trade policy dialogue and enhancing national capacities for services trade data collection.
