Project Engineer

KEA Building Contracting LLC is a leading building contracting company in the UAE specializing in high-end luxury villas, residential, and commercial construction projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team and ensure the successful execution of luxury villa projects from start to handover.

Job Summary

The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of luxury villa construction projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Architects, and Subcontractors.
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout construction.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company safety policies.
• Monitor project schedules and support timely project delivery.
• Coordinate project inspections, authority approvals, and final handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury villa construction in the UAE (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of villa construction methodologies, structural works, and finishing works.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software (MS Project/Primavera is an advantage).
• Excellent understanding of UAE building codes and construction standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
