Event & Operations coordinator

Bocaditos specializes in luxury picnics and beautifully styled events. From romantic proposals and baby showers to weddings and influencer events, we make sure every moment is carefully planned and perfectly executed.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Allround Event & Operations colleague who enjoys working both behind the scenes and on location.

What will you do?

No day is the same. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and executing luxury picnics and events.
• Maintaining customer contact via email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Creating schedules and coordinating bookings.
• Managing purchasing and keeping track of inventory.
• Preparing and checking event materials.
• Thinking along about new concepts, ideas and improvements.
• Making sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Who are we looking for?

You are someone who:

• Works in a structured and independent way.
• Stays calm when last-minute changes occur.
• Is customer-oriented and professional.
• Has an eye for detail, styling and presentation.
• Is flexible and comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends when needed.
• Enjoys being hands-on and getting things done.
• Has a valid driving licence.

Experience in hospitality, events or planning is a plus, but we value motivation, enthusiasm and the right mindset even more.
