As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Planner to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and monitoring of temperature-controlled shipments across the Benelux and beyond.

Role Overview

The Logistics Planner is responsible for managing transport planning and coordination for perishable shipments while maintaining strict compliance with cold chain logistics standards. You will oversee route planning, scheduling, and coordination between internal teams, drivers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport Planning: Create and optimize transport schedules and routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Cold Chain Management: Monitor and maintain temperature requirements for perishable shipments throughout the logistics process.
• Customer Coordination: Act as a key point of contact between clients, warehouses, and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Documentation: Prepare and verify necessary shipping documents, temperature logs, and compliance records.
• Performance Monitoring: Track shipment performance and proactively address delays or issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all logistics operations adhere to cold chain and transport regulations.
• Warehouse Coordination: Oversee coordination of incoming and outgoing perishable shipments.

Qualifications:

• Valid EU driving license.
• Proven experience in cold chain logistics, transport coordination, or freight planning.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Benelux transport regulations and logistics standards.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch; English is preferred.
• Forklift license
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
