About the Role
As our Operations & Data Assistant, you'll help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll maintain accurate operational data, update trackers and dashboards, support reporting, coordinate with suppliers and warehouses, and help solve day-to-day operational issues.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, systems, and data, has excellent attention to detail, and wants to learn how a fast-growing ecommerce business operates.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update operational data, trackers, and dashboards
- Track purchase orders, shipments, stock, and warehouse information
- Follow up with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
- Support reporting and KPI tracking
- Identify and flag operational issues such as stock discrepancies or missing data
- Assist the Operations team with recurring admin and coordination tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and learning new systems
- Tech-savvy with a structured way of working
- Good English communication skills (Dutch is a plus)
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Ecommerce or operations experience is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Bol, Monta, Gorgias, AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude), inventory management, or supply chain operations.
