We are a stealth-stage AI-powered professional services venture transforming compliance, taxation, and strategic advisory across the GCC.

Led by an FTA-licensed tax expert, we are building a proprietary enterprise platform that combines advanced Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to deliver highly accurate, auditable, and enterprise-grade regulatory intelligence with a strong focus on minimizing hallucinations and maximizing reliability.

As we expand our founding team, we are seeking an exceptional Technical Co-Founder & Engineering Partner who will take full ownership of the platform's technical vision, software architecture, and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

As Technical Co-Founder, you will lead all aspects of engineering and platform development, including:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, enterprise-grade AI systems.
• Build advanced RAG pipelines and Agentic AI workflows capable of interpreting complex regulatory and legal frameworks with high precision.
• Develop AI agents that deliver traceable, explainable, and auditable outputs suitable for compliance-driven environments.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, or equivalent technologies.
• Develop resilient automation workflows for secure data extraction, validation, document processing, and system integrations.
• Build internal governance, monitoring, and audit dashboards to ensure AI transparency, reliability, and operational integrity.
• Establish engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, documentation, and scalable deployment strategies.
• Define the long-term technical roadmap and lead future engineering team growth.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced software engineer who has successfully built and deployed production-grade AI systems.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong experience developing applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Practical expertise with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience building autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and modern backend development.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Strong expertise in browser automation and enterprise RPA using Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
• Experience designing secure APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI memory architectures.
• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, observability, and AI governance frameworks.
