Your role:

Architecture & Process Design

  • Lead the design of the target-state business architecture across key supply chain planning domains, including demand planning, supply network planning, capacity planning, available to promise, S&OP/IBP, S&OE, and performance management.
  • Define and maintain target-state and interim system architectures, covering APS, master data, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Develop the transformation blueprint describing how people, processes, data, technology, and governance evolve from current to future state.
  • Establish and enforce architecture principles and design guardrails to ensure the APS transformation remains standardized, harmonized, and scalable.
  • Design the future supply chain planning operating model, including process flows, decision rights, role definitions, governance structures, and cross-functional collaboration patterns.

Transformation Delivery

  • Lead and contribute to the transformation roadmap end-to-end by detailing phases, architectures, deployment sequencing, dependencies, and risks.
  • Translate business requirements into clearly specified APS capabilities, system functionalities, and data requirements, ensuring traceability from business need to solution.
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and process modeling sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with SAP, consulting partners, system integrators, business stakeholders and internal IT teams to ensure solution delivery aligns with the target architecture.
  • Support testing, cutover planning, and hypercare activities across deployment phases.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with supply chain process owners, regional teams, IT architects, and data owners.
  • Ensure all design decisions are documented, communicated, and traceable to program governance standards.
  • Present design outputs and program status to senior business and IT stakeholders, including Program Lead and functional leads.

Value Realization & Performance

  • Define supply chain planning KPIs and embed performance tracking mechanisms to ensure measurable improvements are realized post-deployment.
  • Support change management and adoption activities, ensuring business teams are equipped to operate the new planning capabilities.

Who you are:

      • 7–10 years of experience in supply chain planning transformations, with at least 3 to 4 years in a lead architect, transformation lead, or process owner role on APS/ERP programs.
      • Proven experience leading end-to-end Supply Chain Planning transformation programs involving SAP IBP or equivalent APS platforms.
      • Strong track record of defining target-state architectures, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and capability blueprints.
      • Hands-on experience designing future-state planning processes across the full supply chain planning lifecycle.
      • Experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA integration, master data governance, planning data models, and enterprise system landscapes.
      • Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and IT stakeholders in complex, global, multi-site environments.
