Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Technician - Digital Delivery to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality CAD documentation and digital assets while ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital delivery environment.

• Develop, review, and manage comprehensive CAD drawings and technical documentation using industry-standard software
• Coordinate digital delivery processes and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
• Analyze design specifications and technical requirements to produce accurate and detailed CAD models and drawings
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring proper version control and documentation standards
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues and optimize design solutions
• Perform quality assurance checks on CAD files and digital deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Implement and maintain digital delivery workflows and best practices across projects
• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance on CAD standards and procedures
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to CAD software, file compatibility, and digital systems
• Prepare and present technical documentation and project reports to stakeholders
• Stay current with industry standards, software updates, and emerging digital delivery technologies

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent platforms
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in CAD design, technical delivery, or related technical roles
• Strong knowledge of digital delivery methodologies and standards
• Demonstrated expertise in technical drawing interpretation and design documentation
• Proficiency in project coordination and digital asset management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) or similar integrated design environments
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Experience in construction, engineering, or architecture sectors is preferred
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and documentation standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information clearly
