Job description
Responsibilities:
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
Research, gather and synthesize information.
Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies
Crafting and grooming of user stories, acceptance criteria, managing product backlog.
Drive smooth deployment, adoption, and operations of the solution.
Help drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.
Requirements:
Min 5 years' experience required, IT related tertiary education.
3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects
Good to be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
Basic Salesforce configuration experience / have completed
Experience in full software / product development life cycles sing Agile Methodology.
Proven experience working on Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration of salesforce with other systems.
