Purpose

Serve as the single point of intake for all technology, system enhancement, bug fix, and improvement requests from management and business departments. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team by gathering and analysing business requirements, defining project scope, prioritising requests, and communicating engineering capacity, timelines, and constraints to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single channel for all non-BAU requests to the technology team — no request bypasses this role to reach engineers directly.
  • Run requirements-gathering conversations with requestors; draft concise, sized specs before anything reaches engineering.
  • Review draft specs with the Engineering Lead (or 2IC) for feasibility and sizing before submission for approval.
  • Maintain and groom the shared request log / backlog, sequencing work against roadmap commitments.
  • Obtain approval (self-approval for small items; CEO sign-off for medium/large) before release to the delivery queue.
  • Represent engineering capacity to department heads — including saying no or deferring requests when the team is at capacity.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in business analysis, PMO, or IT/ERP-adjacent project coordination across multiple business units.
  • Comfortable interviewing non-technical stakeholders and translating vague asks into scoped requirements.
  • Working familiarity with ERP concepts (ERPNext/Frappe exposure a plus, not mandatory).
  • Confident pushing back on senior stakeholders — needs standing, not just documentation skill.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
