Job Responsibilities

Support the sales and order fulfilment process for customers in the following categories:

  • Agents
  • OEM & DOEM Customers
  • SPOT Customers

Product Categories

  • Hooks
  • Rods
  • Parts
  • Apparel Products

Key Responsibilities - Sales Order Processing

  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Check product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules with factories.
  • Create and maintain sales orders in ONE FISH (in-house order management system) and SAP.
  • Send order confirmations and order status updates to customers.

Order Coordination

  • Follow up on stock availability and production status with factories.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and shipment arrangements.
  • Monitor order progress to ensure timely fulfilment.

Shipping & Documentation

  • Process customer shipping instructions.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and factories for packing arrangements.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders regarding shipment bookings and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including Sales Invoices and Packing Lists.

Payment & Administrative Support

  • Follow up on customer payments when required.
  • Record Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and maintain related records.
  • Ensure accurate and complete filing of sales and shipping documents.

Communication& Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between customers, factories, warehouses, and freight forwarders.
  • Resolves order-related issues and provides timely updates to customers and immediate superiors.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics, or order processing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of shipping procedures and Incoterms.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
