Under the overall supervision of the Head of RMM and the direct supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator (RMM), the Programme Officer (RMM) will assist in the implementation of the RMM projects, primarily through administrative support, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and communications.

Responsibilities: Provide support to the RMM projects, assist in carrying out immediate to long-term objectives as defined in the programme documents, including support for country assessments, and implementation of activities to develop or strengthen refugee resettlement programmes.

Support project review and endorsement for Country Offices outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) for new and ongoing projects that have resettlement and/or movement components, including the development of project proposals, appeals, and response plans.

Supervise and provide guidance to staff on the delivery of RMM strategy, institutional policies, project development and implementation.

Liaise internally with the IOM divisions and units for organizing meetings, drafting meeting summaries, collecting information, preparing talking points, and compiling inputs.

Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the RMM Strategy.

Facilitate RMM contributions to the mainstreaming of institutional policies, including Institutional Questionnaire, Workplans, Strategic Results Framework, and Global Crisis Response Platform across RMM operations, including the developing and rolling out of guidance and tools.

Provide administrative and logistical support to RMM communications and public information activities, by contributing to the development of slide presentations, press notes, talking points, situation reports, and newsletters.

Develop infographics representing programme achievements on resettlement and other components for inclusion in the RMM Po
