MegaGroup is investing in AI as a strategic enabler for productivity, operational excellence and business growth across its European companies. As an AI Transformation Specialist, you are responsible for identifying, prioritising, designing and implementing AI solutions that deliver measurable business value and support MegaGroup’s AI transformation journey. You translate business challenges into pragmatic AI applications and ensure that technology is effectively adopted and embedded within business processes. You act as a bridge between business and IT, working closely with process owners, data specialists, IT teams and management. You help establish a scalable AI capability across the organisation, ensuring that successful use cases can be adopted across multiple countries and business units.

HOW YOU'LL DRIVE SUCCESS

Business & Process

• Analyse and understand end-to-end business processes (e.g. sales, operations, finance and supply chain).
• Identify AI use cases with clear business value (efficiency, quality improvement, cost reduction and growth).
• Translate business challenges into concrete AI solutions and actionable requirements.
• Support process owners during change and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Build business cases and prioritise AI initiatives based on value, feasibility and organisational readiness.

AI & Technology

• Design, develop or coordinate AI solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, machine learning, predictive analytics and intelligent process automation.
• Collaborate with IT on data availability, integrations and scalability.
• Evaluate AI tools, platforms and external vendors.
• Monitor the quality, performance and reliability of AI solutions.
• Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI capabilities where applicable.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions to validate business opportunities before wider deployment.
• Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and translate developments into practical business applications.

Governance & Responsible AI

• Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI (privacy, bias mitigation and transparency).
• Contribute to AI guidelines, standards and best practices within the organisation.
• Help establish AI governance frameworks aligned with organisational needs and applicable regulations, including the EU AI Act.
• Promote awareness of data quality, security and responsible AI practices across the organisation.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted sparring partner for management and business stakeholders.
• Explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Present outcomes, insights and business impact in a clear and compelling way.
• Support business leaders in identifying opportunities where AI can improve productivity, customer experience or decision-making.
• Drive user adoption through training, coaching and change management activities.
