Warehouse Operator

We Are Renewables is seeking a Warehouse Operator for one of our clients in the energy industry.

Responsibilities:

• Complete operational approved logistics processing on schedule (Goods Receipt / Warehouse / Transport / Dispatch);
• Accept incoming goods and compare them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity);
• Check incoming goods for visible damage, document them and provide the information if required;
• Ensure correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.);
• Capture relevant data in data processing systems;
• Arrange the acceptance, storage, commissioning and removal of goods in the storage area and record them in the appropriate systems;
• Organize regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area;
• Assemble deliveries out of given storage compartments and review them for completeness and accuracy (e.g. quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery notes);
• Complete packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of packaging and other instructions (e.g. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework;
• Add the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods;
• Complete transports inside and, if applicable, outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation.

Requirements:

• Experience with operation management systems (SAP) — this is a MUST;
• Experience in a technical warehouse — this is a big plus;
• Forklift certificate;
• Living near work location;
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
